Light and zesty lemon sponge filled with lemon buttercream and a sharp lemon curd.

Vanilla cake layered with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry conserve.

Chocolate Indulgence

Rich Chocolate cake layered with dark chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream.

Chocolate Orange

Rich Chocolate orange layered cake with homemade orange curd and chocolate buttercream.

Chocolate & Salted Caramel

Chocolate cake layered with salted caramel and chocolate ganache buttercream.

Coffee & Mocha

Coffee Cake layered with a chocolate ganache and mocha buttercream.

Lime & Coconut

Lime & Coconut cake layered with homemade lime curd & a coconut & lime buttercream.

Fruit Cake

Traditional Fruit cake, oozing with brandy. Brandy can be substituted for fresh orange.

Espresso Martini

Chocolate cake soaked in a coffee liqueur syrup, layered with dark chocolate ganache and a mocha buttercream.

Mojito Cake

Lime cake soaked with a rum sugar syrup, layered with a mint and lime buttercream.

Oreo cake

Vanilla cake with baked in Oreo chunks, Oreo buttercream and caramel layers.
